- On-site shopping experiences with a retail look.
- Facilitating branding on gifts when required.
- Ordering and tracking merchandise to delivery date.
- Confirmation of merchandise arrival with Resort Shipping & Receiving Department.
- Unboxing, organizing and sorting merchandise on site.
- Gift packaging.
- Coordinating bell staff deliveries and gift set up for each night’s room drop.
- Re-delivery of DND’s and handling of delivery issues.
- On-site multi-branded mini store to serve late arrivals/exchanges.
- Detailed gift fulfillment data for client’s internal needs.
- All necessary post-event shipping requirements.
